If you are a novice like me, this is an excellent place to try one day sessions for scuba diving and rock climbing. Chris was my instructor for scuba diving, and Danny was for rock climbing. Both are really good, experienced teachers. Highly recommend goodtime for a good time !

Did a Try Dive with my tour group, White Rock is world class! Loved it so much came back for my Advanced Open Water course 2 days later, had an absolute blast. To enroll in the SSI Instructor Course, you must be at least 18 years old, hold the SSI Divemaster or equivalent certification, have a current medical statement, and log at least 100 dives. Strong dive skills, professionalism, and a passion for teaching scuba diving are key to success in the SSI Instructor Training Course.
The SSI Instructor Training Course typically takes 10 to 12 days to complete, followed by the Instructor Evaluation (IE). This intensive program includes academic sessions, confined and open water presentations, and professional-level dive theory to prepare you for teaching real students.
During the SSI Instructor Course, you’ll learn how to plan and conduct all levels of SSI dive training, from Try Scuba Diving to Open Water Diver. You’ll also develop your teaching techniques, risk management, and leadership skills to create safe, engaging learning environments for new divers.
After successfully completing your SSI Instructor Evaluation, you’ll earn the SSI Open Water Instructor certification, allowing you to teach SSI scuba courses anywhere in the world.
