Begin your Divemaster journey with a warm welcome to the Goodtime family! Settle into your new home by the stunning beaches of Koh Tao as we introduce you to our team, facilities, and your course schedule. You’ll explore the equipment room, learn about your course structure, and spend sunset at our beachfront bar.
Learn what it takes to become a successful dive professional. We will spend time in our beach side classroom covering topics such as dive physics, physiology, decompression theory and how to become a master in navigating your way around any dive site.
We will also cover what it takes to explore the depths of the ocean through a deep dive workshop and a Night dive workshop teaching you how to plan and execute a dive under the stars.
Finally we will walk you through how to set up, understand and manage your scuba diving equipment.
Refine your underwater skills through hands-on water workshops. Polish the skills you’ve learned during your dive journey and practice demonstrating them in real-life scenarios. Elevate your buoyancy to pro levels as you glide effortlessly through Koh Tao’s best dive sites.
Gain practical experience by assisting instructors in courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Learn how to support instructors effectively and get valuable insights into teaching techniques. We had the best experience diving with Goodtime Adventures in Koh Tao. From the very first enquiry, Charley was excellent—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. A lot of the dive sites we really wanted to tick off before leaving Koh Tao were on our list, and both Charley and Mira went out of their way to make that possible for us. We did 5 dives with Mira at Chumphon, 313 wreck & No Name Pinnacle, Tao Tong, Pottery, and a night dive at White Rock. Every dive was fantastic and thoughtfully planned. It was my first ever night dive and Mira made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout. We had Mira for the whole day, which meant we were able to properly get to know her—she was funny, relaxed, and easy to be around while still being extremely professional and attentive underwater. We loved sharing our dives with someone so passionate about the ocean and the diving industry. We usually dive with PADI centres but have had a few negative experiences recently, so we decided to dive with an SSI crew this time and we’re really glad we did. The overall experience felt personal, well run, and genuinely enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Goodtime Adventures enough—an amazing team and an unforgettable diving experience. Me and my boys went diving with Lydia and Andrea a few days ago. We had the best possible experience and both Lydia and Andrea were great with the boys. Super fun and safe fun dives. Later on Lucas and Anna went out of their way helping ud out with “diplomas” for the kids! Hope to come back!
Completed my Open water diver course here with Joe and Ryan. Though the whole team was great, really friendly, informative and patient. Joe was fantastic and made me feel really comfortable underwater, can't thank him enough. If I decide to do more advanced programmes it'll probably be with these guys, can't recommend them enough!! ❤️
