Save Our Seas Saturday
- Conservation

Every Saturday morning Goodtime organises a beach and reef cleanup on Koh Tao — part of an ongoing conservation commitment that goes back to the early days of the company. Save Our Seas Saturday brings together divers, snorkelers, and anyone who wants to help into the water and onto the beach to remove debris from the sites around Mae Haad.
The cleanup runs in the morning, typically starting around 09:00 and finishing by midday. Equipment is provided — mesh bags, gloves, and guidance from the Goodtime team on what to collect and how to do it without disturbing the reef. No dive certification is required for the beach portion, and certified divers are welcome to join the underwater cleanup team.
After the cleanup, participants are welcome back at the beach club for food and drinks. It’s a practical way to contribute to the reef that makes diving on Koh Tao worth doing in the first place — and it happens every single week, which means there’s always an opportunity to join in regardless of when you arrive on the island.
