Goodtime Adventures has been on Koh Tao since 2008. We started as a dive center and grew into something broader — a base for anyone who wants to explore the island properly, whether that’s underwater, on the cliffs, or out on the water.
The team that runs Goodtime today has been here for most of that time. That’s where the local knowledge comes from. Many people arrive for a diving course and end up staying for the community. That’s been true since the beginning.

Koh Tao has some of the most accessible reefs in Southeast Asia — warm water, good visibility for most of the year, and marine life that rewards anyone who pays attention. We’ve been running SSI courses here since 2008, from first dives to Divemaster training, with a maximum of four students per instructor.

Giving back to the island that made us
Healthy reefs are essential to Koh Tao’s future. Marine education and responsible diving practices are built into every course Goodtime runs — not offered as an add-on.
We run weekly dive site and beach cleanups year-round, and host large-scale annual cleanups every February on our company birthday. Since 2008 those efforts have removed thousands of kilograms of debris from Koh Tao’s reefs and beaches.
Beyond the water, Goodtime is a long-time supporter of the Koh Tao Animal Clinic and Koh Koh Pups dog rescue. We host Koh Crufts — the island’s annual dog show — every year, bringing the community together in a way that has nothing to do with diving and everything to do with being part of the island.
